Yesterday we went to the Wilson family's farm to celebrate Morgan's high school graduation. Morgan is the most joyful person I know. She has a servant's heart and diligently works to further her family's endeavors. Her cheerfulness and willingness to pursue her family's desires above her own greatly challenges me.

Sheridan just got brand new ("new" to her...;) pink cowgirl boots and she is so proud of them! When I arrived at the Wilson's, I hadn't seen her in almost an entire week and she immediately showed me her boots. 
I miss her so much when I'm away for so long! 
After lunch and the graduation ceremony, some of the girls dressed up in lovely historical gowns for a dance. Morgan and Rachel getting ready (Rachel even sewed her own dress!):

I got to dance with the cutest boy there! Harrison had never done the Virginia Reel before, but he caught on quickly.

Throughout the remainder of the day, people played ball, rode hay rides, Morgan opened her gifts, and some played guitars and sang:
It was a really nice celebration. Congratulations Morgan!
The afternoon began with a meal of farm-raised chicken and ham with a variety of side dishes.

After a ceremony in which family members and friends congratulated Morgan and shared memories of the joy she has brought to their lives, we enjoyed a beautifully decorated graduation cake.
