left to right: Emily, me, Katie
Today we had the privilege of visiting with a dear family we met through blogging! We enjoyed our afternoon spent with the Nichols family very much. Mrs. Nichols was one of the first people to begin commenting on my blog nearly three years ago, and since then, Emily has probably become the most faithful commenter on all of my posts. I have enjoyed getting to know Katie through blogging and emails as well.
Emily surprised me with a beautiful tea cup candle holder she found at an antique shop and even specifically bought a candle that would match the toile wallpaper I recently mentioned in a blog entry! It was such a thoughtful gift and one I look forward to using in my future home.
It was such a blessing to visit with such precious sisters in Christ!

How delightful Meredith! I can't wait for my turn!
The three of you look so pretty!
Much love :)
That's wonderful. Isn't it great how technology has opened up a whole new world to us? There are so many 'down' sides to the internet, but it can be used for so much good too.
We often speak of how the Gospel is penetrating every corner of the globe by this means. Surely that's the best blessing of all that technology has brought.
But 'meeting' new people is a pretty good thing too!
Meredith,
That is so neat that you got to meet the Nichols!!! Emily and Katie are dear friends of mine, and we live down the road from each other. :)
I love your blog! It is very inspiring.
I think that your courtship story is so neat! ;)
I'm hoping to start a blog soon after my parents give me permission to. I guess I'll get to "know" you better then. LOL
In Christ,
