Wow! Looks great! I love making carrot-cake! In our family, we each have a specialty, (Daniel's is biscuits) and carrot cake falls to my jurisdiction each time! I love it! But we usually leave the nuts out because Daniel doesn't like them. ;) -Rachel

I'm not a very seasoned baker and I've never made anything with layers, so forgive this silly question but do you put frosting in between the cake layers as well?
Thanks!
Thanks everyone!
Anonymous~ Yes, I do put frosting in between each layer. Good luck!
Meredith I made this Sunday because I love carrot cake but I am still on my Nutrisystem diet so I only wanted one piece and Amber just a tad. I called a neighbor and sweet friend and asked if she liked carrot cake and if so would she like one with one slice missing ha ha and she said yes. I loved it and they loved it! Thanks for sharing I am going to make a few more of the recipes you have listed! Thanks for sharing and I am so enjoying your journey of faith and love in your new adventure of planning a wedding and sharing the special relationship between you and Stephen! Lots of love and encouragement and prayers coming your way!
