My Precious Little Flower Girl

I promise an update post is coming soon! I have a very long entry drafted and many pictures to post, but my time has been extremely limited lately. I am writing this post at 1:30 am on Monday morning, which is not exactly the best way to begin a productive new week (especially considering I need to wake up feeling well rested in just a few hours)!

We are only 26 days away from the wedding! I can hardly believe it.

I wanted to share some of my favorite photos of sweet Sheridan Anna Claire from our bridal portrait shoot a couple weeks ago. All photos appear courtesy of my lovely friend Annabeth:

I love my sister so incredibly much! She brings immeasurable joy to my heart. I tell her how much I am going to miss her when I get married and she sweetly responds that she isn't going to miss me because she is going to spend two days at home teaching Mama how to bake cookies (she thinks that only she and I know how to do this) and then she is going to the airport to get on an airplane and "bisit" (visit) Stephen and me. I am going to miss her so much.

She is so precious! I can't wait for the special day! I am a little slow getting my rsvp in the mail, but I am planning on getting it in the mail later today. I too am up way to late. I will need to be at work at 7:00 and ready to deal with 20 kindergarteners! :0

How adorable!!! :) How thankful we can be for skype and internet and telephones that make it so easy to stay in touch with family or friends all around the world (and to even see them by video call!) - in eras gone by you might have never seen your sister again. Technology is a big blessing in that respect! :)

Gets me choked up thinking of it all and how sweet she is! She looks like a little glowing angel. The pictures are gorgeous and I can't wait to see all of them!! I hope you get some rest Meredith! Thinking of you often :)

Awww! What sweet pictures! The last one is my favorite! You'll be in my prayers these next couple of weeks as you're preparing for the wedding and also the adjustment of leaving your family and starting a new one.
Looking forward to seeing you soon!
Love,
Morgan

That's so special! She reminds me of my little brother; he says some things like that too. She looks lovely in the dress! :D

I think picture #6, coming down, is my favorite. :D

Your little sister in Christ,
Jamie

Hello! I stumbled on your blog last night and was surprised by how it affected me.

I currently live with my parents too, and though my reasons for doing so are somewhat different than yours (I went to college but I am now caring for an ill family member) I was pleased to see that there are other families who do not instantly view a young adult helping at home for a while as a failure!

Thanks for sharing your story and congrats on your upcoming wedding!

She is really cute. The dress is beautiful. It is so awesome to hear of your courtship and now soon to be wedding. May the Lord bless you and keep you as you journey down this road together. It truly is amazing to be married to the one the Lord has for you.

Katheryn and soon to be 5 girls...
